   Yes. Most courts allow an attorney to make an appearance in court without the presence of the defendant. However, some instances always require the appearance of the defendant, especially if the citation has been in warrant multiple times.
4. What are some of the more common citations in Southern Nevada?
   Speeding, Running a Red Light or Stop Sign, Unsafe Lane Change, and all of the Accident violations. Many stops do not involve a moving violation at all. For example, you can be pulled over for expired plates, a broken tail light, or no front plate. Keep your car in good working order and your license plates current; do not give the police an excuse to pull you over.
